FEATURES OF 5 GALLON WATER BOTTLE FILLING MACHINE
Material of the 5 gallon water bottle filling machine: The frame, sealing plate and water tank of the machine are all made of 304 stainless steel.
Conveying Parts: The Rising conveyor is driven by a motor, which can accurately convey the bucket, which is easy to control, and the bucket falls more smoothly after the washing is completed.
Bearing: The bearing is upgraded with SUS304 stainless steel, which is more sanitary, corrosion resistant and has a longer life. This kind of bearing is easy to install, may work in the harsh environment.
Washing Parts in gallon filling machine: High pressure AISI304 washing nozzle, no washing dead corner, to make sure better washing effect and improve product quality.

The machine is integrated washing filling and capping together. It is ideal machine to produce barrel water. The whole machine is using stainless steel 304 ,rot resistant,can be cleaned easily.Main electric parts are all branded. Air channel system use Air TAC brand product.The machine is with compact construction,will occupy small room,working efficiency is high.Only need 2 operators to control, is a good choice for factory to choose.
The machine set up do not need plug floor screw,after case taking off,set the machine on the flat floor,and then adjust stand height and adjust all stand pressure to be average. After the machine is set up well, get in through water pipe, drain pipe and power , air power.
